Welcome to Infopreneurs Club (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for or participating in our 5-Day Bootcamp or any other offline or online event (“Program”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Account

You confirm you are 18+ (or have parental/guardian consent).
You agree to provide accurate details during registration.

2. Program Access

Access details (meeting links, materials, recordings, venue details, or event resources) are for your personal use only.
Sharing your login, recordings, or resources with others is strictly prohibited.

3. WhatsApp Group & Community Conduct

To ensure a safe and distraction-free environment:

You cannot message other participants directly from the Bootcamp or event WhatsApp groups.
Spamming, promotions, or unsolicited interactions are strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to misuse participant data will result in immediate removal without refund.
In cases of harassment, impersonation, fraud, or unlawful behavior, we reserve the right to take legal action under applicable Indian laws.

4. Fees & Payments

The program fee is as displayed during registration.
Payment confirms your seat and is non-transferable.
Taxes and payment gateway charges (if any) may apply.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy (linked in the footer). Please review before purchase.

6. Code of Conduct

Respect mentors, staff, and fellow participants at all times.
Offensive language, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will lead to removal without refund.
Any attempt to misrepresent identity or misuse the Program will be treated as misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, slides, recordings, and templates remain our intellectual property.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for your own use.
Reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Event Recordings & Publicity

Online and offline events may be recorded or photographed. By joining, you consent to your participation being included.
We may use event content for internal training or marketing, unless you notify us before the Program.

9. Disclaimer

Our Programs provide educational content only.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or results.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.
We are not responsible for indirect losses, including business or personal consequences of applying the knowledge.
